your brain already causes your body to produce to make you
sleepy, they simply encourage your body to produce the
chemicals. This decreases the risk of addiction because the
body is not getting the chemicals from an outside source, but
is instead being encouraged to make them itself.
What About Prescription Sleeping Pills?
Many people use regular prescription sleeping pills and have
mixed results. We here at Natural Sleeping Pill have
generally found ourselves dissatisfied with chemical pills,
either from the side effects or the dependency issues they tend
to generate. Modern medicine likes to throw chemicals at
anything that goes wrong, and many people are beginning to
question if that's really the correct course
to take. But for those who find chemical pills work
for them, great! However, we believe natural sleeping
